Six months after the first outreach, Back to School 2.0 returned to Riverside County on January 6, 2024 — with a clearer vision and a wider reach. What began as a small distribution of backpacks had grown into a fuller experience for children and families.
More than 50 school packs were placed into the hands of students. The event drew 112 registrations and welcomed 54 attendees. Beyond supplies, the day included educational, inspirational, and wellness resources — and recorded 20 salvation decisions, reflecting HopeSpring’s faith-inspired mission. The program investment of $2,735 marked a meaningful step up in capacity and care.
The initiative began evolving from a school-supply distribution into a broader platform for children and families.
